How Has 9/11 Changed the Physical World In the Past 10 Years?

When I asked my dad how he thought 9/11 has changed the physical world the last 10 years, he answered that air port security has been increased and improved, in many countries.My Father says that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are results of the terrorist actions in New York. Fear of terrorism has increased in many places.Today, air port security has improved a lot.

Parent Interview: How has the world changed since 9/11?

When I ask my father whether he has noticed any changes in the world since 9/11 he concludes that the main changes have occurred within airport security, commenting on the replacement of stainless steel cutlery with plastic utensils, adding that this event has also influenced people's awareness of terrorism. This happening has created a lot of tension between nations, while scarring witnesses and frightening all others with the fearful knowledge that no one is safe. 9/11 has not only made a mark in our history books but has also reminded us of our vulnerability.

 When I interviewed my Dad this is his answer. After 9/11 all travelers need to accept more strict security checks at airports. The airports need more space to accommodate (more space available) more people because check in and security check lines are longer and luggage is also better controlled. (9/11 affected the world by alerting people about how different people are in the world, because of religion, culture, nationality and race. In September 2011 I had to travel through Miami airport and a simple immigration and security check took six hours. Air traviling seems fun today but its not as fun as it looks.

       When I interviewed my mom about 9/11 she answered like this: The events of  9/11 have changed a lot of things around the world.The world is not safe any more, or at least we don't think it is.There is a lot of suspicion and there is a lot of intolerance toward people with different religion and different ethnic backgrounds than us.Traveling is not as safe anymore or is not that easy anymore.There is a lot of security,every where at the airports.This is because a war started, and because of this war many soldiers and civilians have died that count to thousands.Relations between east and west have become very intense and we think whoever is different than us is deemed to be suspicious.

The headless cupid Part 2

In the second two chaptors of The headless cupid David finds a lot more things about Amanda. Amanda and Molly did not get along very well, infact, Amanda hated Molly. Amanda loves to make poshions and cast spells, but she needed the whrite ingrediants for them too. Amanda asks David to come with her to pick some weeds and weird grass. In their journey through the forrest they find many different crops. David always try's to get something out of Amanda, just to know her a little bit better. Will he get to know her as good to become her real brother or will she continue to hide most of her feelings to herself, find out yourself.

What Benefits Can Studying Geography Provide?

One benefit of studying geography is that it can help you in your life by passing geography tests, can help you in jobs. Ex: geographer, weather man.etc. Also it can get you a good career if you want to be a geographer. Also it can help the weather men. What weather is in what part of the world? by that they can inform  weather news’s on the net or newspaper so people wear the right clothes, if going somewhere not to take  the wrong car, To inform farmers so they can take their crops before the crops die., so people plan the right places to go to as a trip and so campers know where they should camp. studying geography can provide safety to everybody like for instance if a tornado is coming they should go underground, or for instance if a hurricane is coming so they can warn the people also if a tsunami is coming too they can also help. studying geography can also provide knowledge about the different parts of the world and how things manage there. Also after studying land geographers can study the future of how land is going to be or was in the past. These are the benefits of studying geography.

Tha headless cupid part 1

My class has an asignment to read at least 30 pages of a book each week that has to be 200 pages long or over. I read 34 pages and now I'm going to tell you what it's about. My book is called The Headles Cupid, my book starts with a familly of 5, 4 year old twins Tesser (Esther) and Blair (Blair's a boy and Tesser's a girl), Janie, 6 year old girl, and David, the oldest sibbling he's 11. Teir mom past away and their dad is living together with his kids and hes mysterious new wife. But Molly is nothing compared to her daughter Amanda who has many Familliar's and study's the supernatural magic and witch craft. When Amanda comes into the familly everything will change. Will they find the one who cut of the head of the headless cupid or will it stay a mystery? Read the book and become familliar with the word familliars and find out what happens to the headless cupid.
